RESEARCH ON TEACHER’S ATTITUDE AND THE IMPORTANCE OF INNOVATION

In our high schools, we and our students suffer so much for lack of motivation, infrastructure, didactic material, and many other necessities that cause little interest in the students and the majority of teachers work just for a salary.
Many times, the teachers explain only once and they are not worried if the students understood or not. We as teachers must pay attention to our students’ feelings and necessities, comma splice may be with that we can make the difference in the students’ life, we must give the students security and confidence because we are for them an example and someone in whom they can trust.For that reason, teachers’ attitude and innovation are a key that can help us get good results from our students.
